RULES FOR WELCOMING GUESTS

Check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
If check-in has not occurred by 11:00 PM and in the absence of an email or a phone call to the number +39 335 801 9009, the reservation will be canceled.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is required upon arrival.
For the NON-REFUNDABLE rate, payment for the stay is made at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods are: Cash and Credit Cards.
Tourist tax of €1 per person per night for up to 10 consecutive nights
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel or modify free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival. The penalty for cancellation in the seven days prior to the start date of the stay or for a no-show corresponds to one night's stay. Cancellations are not allowed for the NON-REFUNDABLE rate.
REGULATIONS
Tourist accommodation is an apartment or house rented, in whole or in part, to tourists, without the provision of services during their stay.
In this type of structure, not open to the public, it is not allowed to offer services to guests (transport, breakfast, daily cleaning, etc.).
Only the following services can be provided as accessories to the rental:
- electricity, hot and cold water, gas, heating/air conditioning, maintenance of the accommodation, repair and replacement of damaged furniture and equipment;
- cleaning of the accommodation only when changing guests;
- bed and bath linen, if requested, but only when changing guests.
The rules to be followed for staying in the apartment are those established by law, but above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
Upon arrival, valid identity documents (Passport or Identity Card) must be provided, necessary for the registrations required by current regulations.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL INDOOR AREAS OF THE PROPERTY.
For Public Safety reasons, it is not allowed to bring in people other than those declared at the time of your arrival.
Please do not throw substances other than those for which they are intended into the toilet and sinks, and use the appropriate bins for diapers, paper, or other bulky materials.
Any damages caused to the structures by guests, once responsibility is established, must be reimbursed.
The arrangement and cleaning of individual rooms will be done exclusively upon your departure.
We decline all responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of objects belonging to you left inside the individual rooms and/or common areas. Children must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult, especially outside the house. Each guest must return the room keys and any other items given to you upon your arrival at the end of your stay.
